Formulator 4.5 Release PDF

	New, User Interface. Formulator 4.5 gives the user greater flexiblity. When you start Formulator 4.5 you already have a transaction created, just add forms and save.
	Create PDF documents by simply clicking on Print to PDF file. Now you can create PDF's of your contracts and save them on your computer.
	Global Editor, quickly add/change/remove data from forms and contracts using the Global editor. The global editor replaces the propogate data function. Data entered into the forms or global editor is automatically propogated into all open forms in the current transaction.
Document Manager: The Transaction Document Management function allows you to combine photos, maps, spreadsheets, flyers, and a variety of other file types with your forms and contracts in a single transaction folder! Email: Email a form or an entire transaction in as .pdf file. Settlement Room Integration Formulator 4.5 integrates with the most powerful and advanced transaction management platforms. SureClose and Transaction Point Integration coming soon. Field Favorites: You can generate a “favorites” list of words to use when repeatedly entering the same information into fields. Forms Packages: Create sets of forms in advance and save them in a Package Library. Internet Updates: Update Formulator forms over the Internet. Print Blank Forms: Any form you select from the forms library can be printed as a blank form even if it has already been filled out. Save Transaction As: Use the Save As feature to save another version of an existing transaction or to use existing transaction information to create a new transaction. Spell Checking Sticky Notes: Place notes to review in any part of a form. The notes do not print with the form. Bookmarks: Place bookmarks on form lines that you would like to review or go back to later. You can then re-open the form and go directly to the bookmark(s). Strikeout: You can strike out the inapplicable text in a form. Transaction Security: Password Protection allows you to set a password that must be entered before a transaction can be opened. Read Only protection allows you to create a level of security that allows a user to open and read a transaction but not to modify it. Clause Library: Use company pre-approved clauses in forms. Auto-Calculation Fields: Used to calculate totals and subtotals. Calculator: A full function real estate calculator with amortization table. And more…

End of support for Windows 98 and Windows Me July 11, 2006 will bring a close to Extended Support for Windows 98, Windows 98 Second Edition, and Windows Me as part of the Microsoft Lifecycle Policy. Microsoft will retire public and technical support, including security updates, by this date. Reveal Systems will also have to start removing support and form updates for 98 and ME. TrueForms version 4.5 will not be supported on Windows 98 and ME. Formulator 4.2.2.59 will not be supported on Windows 98 or ME

Apple and MAC users
TrueForms and Formulator have been designed for the Windows Operating System. TrueForms and Formulator will not run on a MAC computer unless it is run under virtual PC. Support will not be provided for users who are running the Apple or MAC OS.
